Do we need personal coaches? Those who have known me for any length of time, will have heard me share a little saying; Some say this little saying comes from a Scandinavian country, but when I tell it with a heavy German accent, it sounds pretty authentic. It goes like this: “So soon old, und sooo late schmart.”
What this is really saying, is that we are often way behind the curve in the learning process – - learning only yesterday what would have been most beneficial to us had we learned it years ago. Yes – we all need coaches. The absolute truth is, every church needs an Administrator on staff, but simply cannot afford to fill this need.
Pastor – until God adds someone with the administrative skill set that is needed in the church, to work with you and your leaders, to walk with you and fulfill the needs of church administration – you are “it.” It falls upon you, to see that everything is done right. As former president Harry Truman once said, “The Buck stops here.” There is nothing more frustrating to a man of vision, called of God to preach and win souls for the Kingdom – than to have to divide his time, to pay attention to, and to learn what is needed to start a new church ‘plant,’ and to fulfill all the requirements of the law regarding the church.
I have a proposal for you! I would like to offer you the administrative help you need, my personal one-on-one coaching, to help you start your new church; or if the church is already established to help you evaluate and/or revise your existing church’s legal structure. And in addition, provide all the administration “How To” materials you will ever need, to successfully start, and run your church or ministry.
My Proposal? I am pleased to offer you two options;
Plan # 1
- Six months: For only $1,000.00 I will walk you through the entire process, [you will have my personal coaching] to successfully form your non-profit corporation. To help you:
· Write your church Articles of Incorporation;
· Develop your Church By-Laws;
· Hold the Organizational Meeting, [This is where the corporate entity is launched]. In this meeting we will:
· Acknowledge the filing of Articles of Incorporation; Adopt the By-Laws;
· Appoint the Trustees; Elect the corporate Officers;
· Authorize a church Bank Checking Account to be opened;
· If needed, issue Ministerial Credentials;
· Structure and adopt the Pastors compensation package and Housing Allowance;
· Identify the Relational Ministers and Ministry Organization(s);
· Define [and explain the critical value of] Church Membership; etc.
This offer includes a CD containing all six of our Church Administration “How To” Manuals; In addition you will receive two Church Administration training DVD’s; and a Bonus CD containing all the church policies found throughout the six manuals.
In addition to these Administration materials [The materials are valued at $499.00], you will have my one-on-one personal coaching for a period of six months. I will answer all your questions regarding the IRS filing requirements of a church or para-church ministry.
Plan # 2
- Twenty four months: For $1,495.00, I will add an additional 18 months of personal service to all that I offer you in plan #1. I will be available to you for personal coaching for 24 full months. I will walk you through the entire process, and will furnish you with the CD’s and DVD’s as is defined in the above offer. If you would rather spread this cost out, you can start at $1,040. down, with 24 monthly payments of $40.00 for a total of $2,000.
When you choose to utilize my services, I will show you how to save more than $1,000 in organizational start up costs, in one area alone. What I am offering you in the above two proposals, you cannot obtain from any attorney.
MY GUARANTEE: If you tell me you are not satisfied with my services, at any time during the first 30 days, I will refund 100% of any monies you have paid [less the cost of materials].
RESULTS? You can expect to have years of concern-free ministry, not always wondering if you have perhaps “missed something.” You will have the confidence you need that comes from being fully informed, that you can be fully focused on your ministry. I do not peddle fear or anxiety, for fear is not of God! My ‘passion’, is to help you succeed in your vision, and the ‘calling’ God has on your life.
