Whereas pastors are responsible, they should not be expected to do the work. We want to train the church helpers, so the pastor can teach and pastor. Our desire is to serve and to equip the leader who wants to do the work of church administration with Godly excellence.
In short, we love and honor our Lord Jesus Christ and His Church, and wish to see every church established on His word, using His principles, and fully able to equip the saints to do the work of the ministry.
If we can help just one church avoid a split, or an ugly black headline in the local newspaper, we will have done the work of the evangelist by not having more of God’s sheep destroyed.
