Rev. Don Buckel, having 25 years of Business Administration background, and 15 years as an assistant Pastor, and Administrator, is enabled, called and anointed of the Lord, to meet a very unique need in the Body of Christ. Barbara Buckel was co-founder of this ministry with Don, but went on to be with the Lord in November, of 2007. Don continues to write, travel and minister for Administrative Assistance, on a full time basis.
When Don was only 16 years old, he was taken into the family dairy business, as a full partner. Prior to that time, he had amassed a small herd of 16 Purebred Guernsey’s, and had attained the coveted “State Farmer” award in the Future Farmers of America program. Until 1979, when Don and Barbara answered the call of God on their lives, they were involved in production and distribution [wholesale and retail home delivery] of dairy products, along with several company owned drive-through dairy stores with gasoline sales. The family business had six Corporations, and a Limited Partnership.
For the first 23 years, Administrative Assistance was a ‘covered’ ministry of a local church in San Diego, California. Effective in year 2010, we are now incorporated as a legal entity in the state of California. Because we believe in practicing accountability, Don maintains and practices accountability with three senior ministers in the San Diego area, by giving annual reports of all finance and activities.
